Why me?

With fifteen years of experience as a California employment attorney, I am very familiar with the many types of disputes that arise between employees and employers.  

Like you (and your clients), I come to the table with a complex background.  My family is a union family (construction, education).  I am a small business owner.  I've represented big and small companies, executives and front-line workers.

So, I'm familiar with the different interests at play: the search for justice, the desire for finality, the need to be free from the distraction of litigation.

At mediation, my goal is always to get all parties to a final resolution that will work for everyone.  I'm candid in my assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of your case and creative in finding the way to resolution.
